Check-in is after 3PM. Check-out ends at 12PM.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve a stay.

For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Blackout dates are subject to separate rules.

refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another product of lesser or equal value.

You can return a physical product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, or within the return policy terms of the original manufacturer.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your guided trips, we'll do our best to make it right. Guided trips can be refunded until 30 days before the original trip, not including the deposit. Trip deposits are non-refundable. Guided trips cannot be refunded closer than 30 days to the original trip. Rescheduled trips include these terms.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your lodge stay, we'll do our best to make it right. Lodge stays can be refunded in full until 14 days before the original stay. Lodge stays can be refunded at 50% up to 7 days before the original stay. Lodge stays cannot be refunded 7 days or closer to the original stay. Rescheduled stays include these terms.

In no event shall The Last Resort Outfitter and Guides LLC, members or employees be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that the Trustee shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the banking industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
